What to Include

Guide Correction

Send the page URL, the sentence or section, and what looks inaccurate or unclear.

Checker Issue

Send a short sample sentence, the suggestion you saw, and why the suggestion seemed wrong.

Privacy or Ads

Tell us whether your question is about analytics, AI Polish, AdSense, cookies, or hosting logs.

Before You Send Sensitive Text

Do not email private, confidential, regulated, or client-sensitive writing. If you need to report a checker issue, replace names, numbers, and private details with neutral placeholders before sending the example.

How Reports Are Used

Content reports are reviewed for factual accuracy, unclear examples, outdated internal links, and overbroad wording. Checker reports are used to understand whether a suggestion needs clearer explanation, better context handling, or a link to a more useful lesson. We may not reply to every message, but specific examples are the most helpful way to improve the site.

Useful Links

  • Privacy Policy explains browser-local grammar checking, opt-in AI Polish, analytics, advertising, and hosting logs.
  • Editorial Policy explains how grammar guides are selected, reviewed, and corrected.

How to Send a Useful Report

A useful report lets us reproduce the issue without seeing private writing. For a content correction, include the page URL, the heading, the exact sentence, and what you think should change. For a checker issue, include a short invented sentence that shows the same pattern, the suggestion you received, and the result you expected.

Please do not send passwords, legal documents, medical information, student records, client text, unpublished manuscripts, or other sensitive material. Replace private details with neutral placeholders such as Company A, Person B, or June 2026.

What Happens After You Contact Us

Reports are triaged by type: factual correction, unclear example, broken link, checker behavior, privacy question, advertising question, or accessibility issue. A content correction may lead to an updated explanation, a clearer example, a revised internal link, or a note in the related guide. A checker report may lead to a better help link or a clearer limitation notice rather than an immediate engine change.

We cannot promise an individual reply or a timeline for every message. Specific reports with a URL and a reproducible example are reviewed first because they can be verified without exposing private text.
